The Faculty of Engineering at the University of Balamand proudly congratulates Dr. Moustapha El Hassan, a Full Professor at the Electrical Engineering Department, for his elevation to the prestigious rank of Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).
