Admissions to the Faculty of Medicine & Medical Sciences

To apply to the Faculty of Medicine & Medical Sciences for the academic year 2026-2027, applicants must follow the guidelines listed below:

For applicants who would receive an answer by March 20, 2026:

  • • Apply by January 30, 2026. Include an official transcript covering the freshman (if applicable), sophomore, junior years and the first semester of the senior year.
  • • The deadline for receiving MCAT scores for early admission is February 27, 2026.

For applicants who would receive an answer by June 19, 2026:

  • • Apply by March 30, 2026. Include an official transcript of records.
  • • The deadline for receiving MCAT scores for regular admission is May 30, 2026.

Criteria to be adopted in the selection of medical students for the academic year 2026-2027:

  1. Standardized Premed average which constitutes 30 % of the total grade (the average of repeated
    2. courses would be used).
  2. Standardized General average (cumulative) which constitutes 20% of the total grade.
  3. Standardized Major average which constitutes 20% of the total grade (the average of repeated
    4. courses would be used)
  4. Standardized MCAT Score which constitutes 25% of the total grade (divided as 25% Biological
    5. sciences, 25% Physical Sciences, 25 % Psychological, 25% Reasoning).
  5.  Interview which constitutes 5%. ​

Acceptances will be contingent upon completing the BS, MS, BA, or MA degrees by the end of Spring 2026
