The Career Services Center at the University of Balamand (UOB) held its annual Community Fair on Tuesday, September 16, 2025. The main purpose of the fair was to introduce students to the value of volunteering and encourage them to take part in social and community work.

A total of 27 NGOs participated in the event, representing different sectors and areas of work. Most of these organizations operate in the North of Lebanon and across the country. They offered interactive activities and shared information about their missions, giving students the chance to learn more about community service and how they can get involved.

Students had the chance to register with NGOs and sign up as volunteers, allowing them to build relationships that could contribute to their personal growth and even align with their future career plans.

The fair created a space for students from different backgrounds to connect with NGOs, ask questions, and explore opportunities to support causes they care about.
