Dr. Mnayer Presents at GreenNutriFood 2025

Dr. Dima Mnayer, Assistant Professor at the Department of Nutritional Sciences at the Faculty of Health Sciences, participated as an Oral Speaker at the First International Congress on Sustainable Food, Green Chemistry and Human Nutrition, (GreenNutriFood 2025) held in Dubrovnik, Croatia, 7-9 April 2025 co-organized by the University of Zagreb (Croatia) and the University of Valencia (Spain).

She presented her recently published research paper on the "Development of Healthy Gluten-Free Double-Layer Pita Bread: Nutritional, Technological and Sensorial Properties". Dr. Mnayer's contribution highlighted the growing need for healthier and nutritional gluten-free products to support gluten intolerant community with science-driven solutions. The congress brought together leading experts in Food Science and Nutrition from around the world, fostering academic exchange and opening avenues for future collaborations. ​
