Cyrrhus (Syria)

Joining the Directorate General of Syrian Antiquities and the Lebanese University, the DAM team undertook excavations at Cyrrhus (tell Nebi Mend), a major archaeological site of northern Syria. The investigation of the Byzantine basilica church revealed several structures inside it, as well as part of the main cardo street and some artisanal installations adjoining it.
