This hands-on certificate introduces business professionals and managers to the transformative power of AI and automation in business operations. Through a series of interactive sessions and applied activities, learners will explore AI-driven tools and workflows that streamline communication, improve decision-making, enhance customer engagement, and optimize financial and HR processes.

Participants will build and deploy practical AI-powered systems using accessible platforms such as Google Sheets, Gemini API, and ChatGPT-based integrations, Copilot, culminating in a capstone project aligned with real business needs.

  • • Sessions are held twice per week, with each meeting lasting 2 hours and scheduled outside regular working hours to accommodate busy professionals.

SESSION 1: INTRODUCTION TO AI
& BUSINESS OPTIMIZATION

SESSION 2: DATA FOUNDATIONS &
DECISION-MAKING WITH AI
  • Learning Objectives: Learn to use AI with automation in Google Sheets for intelligent data processing and decision support.
  • Learning Outcomes: Participants will be able to clean datasets, generate AI-powered forecasts, and automate reporting using Gemini API.
SESSION 3: CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT
& MARKETING AUTOMATION
  • Learning Objectives: Apply AI to improve customer engagement and communication.
  • Key Topics: Personalization, segmentation, lead scoring, chatbot design.

SESSION 4: AI FOR OPERATIONAL
PRODUCTIVITY & AUTOMATION
  • Learning Objectives: Explore how AI can enhance productivity tracking and automate operational processes across departments.
  • Learning Outcomes: Participants will identify patterns from reflection data and use AI tools to propose and implement productivity-enhancing strategies.

SESSION 7: AI IMPLEMENTATION
ROADMAP
  • Learning Objectives: Plan and structure real AI implementation in business workflows.
  • Learning Outcomes: Participants will design a simple AI integration roadmap aligned with a real or proposed use case.
  • Key Topics: AI pilot testing, resource mapping, team collaboration.
SESSION 8: AI ETHICS, BIAS,
& GOVERNANCE
  • Learning Objectives: Understand ethical implications and fairness in AI use.
  • Learning Outcomes: Participants will critically evaluate potential risks in AI-based decision-making and propose responsible AI practices.
  • Key Topics: Bias, transparency, data privacy, regulations (e.g., GDPR).
SESSION 9: CAPSTONE PROJECTS
& PRESENTATIONS
Apply the concepts, tools, and skills learned across the course to design, prototype, and present a real or simulated AI-powered solution for a business process in your department or industry.

He designs intelligent systems that enhance operational efficiency, automate workflows, and support strategic decision-making. With a strong foundation in web technologies and systems integration, he applies scalable AI solutions tailored to business contexts.
His projects span CRM optimization, inventory and sales automation, and intelligent tools for HR functions such as talent analytics and workforce planning. Rabih brings extensive experience leading software teams and managing digital transformation initiatives.
